Most of the current templates were translated. Still remain the files in about/ and admin/. These in admin/ should not be translated until fully implemented.

The localization can't be complete if the categories menu is not localized. This patch makes the necessary modifications.

Complementary patch that fixed the localization of category names in search results and feeds

The last thing for the Bulgarian localization is the site/about.html.tmpl, but when it get rewritten.

All of the en/bg templates except in about and admin were reviewed and synchronized. Many filters were added, several errors fixed and some hard coded strings removed.

The localization remained not fully completed in SlackPack 0.4.0 and should be completed before 0.5.0
