The feeds from the left menu that group packages by categories or slackware versions are not announced in the header of the pages and thus the user is unable to subscribe through the automatic feed discovery feature of the popular browsers

With this patch all the site feeds are listed in page headers

This patch fixes the order of the feeds, so site 'news feeds' and 'latest packages' are before left bar feeds
