All the pages in ths site should have same user interface (top bar - header, left bar and footer), so the user didn't get lost. Package details page currently is missing the left bar with navigational elements. This should be considered for newly created pages.

Patch for the package details page

This patch includes the left bar on the package details page to unify its interface.

All the pages now contain the header and the left bar (which is now in a separate template), so this concludes the fixed for this bug.
